By making any purchase, you agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method. All payments made through the app are non-refundable unless stated otherwise in our Refund Policy.

MasalaChat.ai does not offer a free trial period. Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled before the billing cycle ends. Users can manage their subscriptions and disable auto-renewal in their account settings. We clearly disclose all pricing details before any transaction, ensuring transparency in the purchase process.

6. Refund Policy:
For all in-app purchases, refunds can be requested directly through the store. MasalaChat.ai is not responsible for processing or managing refunds. Refund eligibility is subject to the store’s policies, and users should review the store’s refund terms before making any purchases.

In no event shall our liability exceed the amount you have paid to MasalaChat.ai in the past twelve months.

– The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Your use of the App is at your sole risk.
